Sussegad in South Goa

We open our Portuguese architecture inspired quaint 3 bedroom holiday home in the sleepy goan village of Varca (South Goa) for guests wanting some quiet downtime .Home has tons of natural light , a fully equipped kitchen , linens and all amenities . You just need to bring your holiday clothes . We look forward to hosting you ! .There are two pools located in the colony, one in phase one and the second one in phase 2. This is a pool facing Property. The space The space is yours to enjoy with 3 bedrooms in total, 1 on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms( including the master bedroom) on the 1st floor. The ground floor also has an open kitchen dining and living space and a small verandah in the front for relaxing. At the back end of the kitchen is a backyard for sitting out. The master bathroom has a his and hers basin top. All bathrooms have showers and are equipped with toiletries like shower gel and shampoo. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. Other things to note 1. Disclaimer: While the pools are for all guests and residents to use and enjoy, the upkeep and maintenance of the pool is managed by the society and the pool may be closed for maintenance periodically by the society without prior notice and information. Kindly keep the above in mind when booking the property as the pool maintenance is not within the control of your host. The host is providing only the property and the amenities inside the property in airbnb. The pool is an additional facility that is provided subject to the society rules and regulations. 2. Dogs: We have a few friendly dogs around, however we do not recommend feeding them as they are fed proper at meal times, in case you would like to feed them food remains, please do so at the a dedicated area outside the colony, near the main guard house at the entrance of the society, where bowls are placed for the same. Ensuring the area is not littered with takeaway containers. We also do not recommend you or kids touching the dogs who may not know you and may react out of fear, while they are all generally harmless and live in harmony. Registration Details HOTS001412
