The house is located in a very quiet and well-connected place, we are at just 10 minutes approximately of the colony of Sant Pere or 15 min in the beaches of sa Ca Nova or son Real, both naturists and located in the bay of Alcudia. * It has a large pool of 90 m2, covered terraces, parking spaces, games for children, wine cellar... and plenty of space to enjoy the atmosphere and authentic Majorcan countryside. Prepared for 12 people or 6 couples with their children. Possibility to extend beds if previously notified.
