Our new COZY duplex apartment is strategically located at the heart of Cheras! High floor and great KL view from our apartment! Our place, Ekocheras Residence is above of Ekocheras shopping mall. Restaurants, cinema, pubs, retail shops & etc are in the shopping mall. There is a link bridge to MRT Station and with only a few stations to reach downtown. A convenient and perfect place for family, couple, group of friends, business traveler and others! Chinese host, able to communicate in Chinese. The space 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed (queen size) can stay up to 6 guests comfortably in our apartment. Other things to note Ekocheras is now open for Airbnb check in! In compliance with the SOP from the management, please make sure every person who going to check in fulfill the below requirements: 1) All guests' MySejahtera must be “low risk” and “fully vaccinated” 2) Child below 17 years old must be accompanied by "low risk" and "fully vaccinated" adult. 3) Body temperature of 37.6 degree celcius or above is not allowed to enter the premise. 4) Practice social distance of 1m at all time. 5) Must wear proper mask at all time. The management reserves the right to refuse any guest to enter if did not fulfill any of the MKN’s guidelines.
