Located close to awesome restaurants, coffee shops & supermarkets in the suburb of Fullarton, it is only a few minutes drive from the City of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills Wine Region. The Colonial is a spacious but cosy one bedroom apartment, perfect for both singles or couples. The space Featuring a well appointed galley kitchen with new dishwasher, large lounge area to relax in front of the 55" Smart TV watching Netflix, and a comfy separate bedroom. The Colonial features two smaller outside courtyard areas, one private. Other features clothes washer/dryer , reverse cycle air-conditioning and wireless high-speed internet. Guests will receive complimentary milk and juice on arrival as well as a Nespresso pod coffee machine and T2 tea. Guest access The Colonial has its own access into the apartment as well as the private smaller courtyard. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Pet's maybe allowed on approval by Hollidge House.
