A stunning and exclusive view over the lake

House of south Winds is a splendid villa located on a promontory which offers a breathtaking and exclusive view of Lake Maggiore. Ideal for your four-legged friends, the villa is immersed in a private garden (3,000 m2) fenced and surrounded by woods, which ensure privacy and tranquility, Every corner is designed to make your holiday an unforgettable experience, with exclusive comforts: hydromassage, hammock in the woods, fast internet and a barbecue area with wood-burning oven. The space The House has been built in the 2007 following +AA Eco Concept; the scent of the wood of the roof, the silence of cork-walls and the absence of gas makes the house the perfect choice for those who appreciate an eco-friendly lifestyle in connection with nature. The living room is a natural connection with the garden and the lake thanks to his wide view window and the slinding windows that allow the patio to be part of it. A well equipped modern kitchen with the view on our azalea mountains is perfect to cook while enjoying an aperitiv with the other guests. We decided NOT to have gas in our property; the burners are electrical as well the microwave/normal oven. For demanding chef, it’s at your disposal an outside wood oven for fantastic pizza. You can decide to have dinner inside on the central dining table with comfortably high seats up to 7 guests or in the patio on the long table enjong an inconfondibile sunset on the lake. Three comfortable sofas sit in the other side of the living room are perfect to admire the lake like a painting while the fireplace ligths the house and the atmosphere in cold evenings. To complete the house there are two design bathrooms with white sanitary ware, sink, bidet, WC and a shower with stone for feet massagge. Outside there is a shower with cold and warm water directly on the lake view near agapanthos and wisteria. Following the numerous requests received from families, I decided to secure some danger points for children and thus making them suitable for families as well. It is important that children are always supervised by an adult in this part of the garden. The large shaded garden is perfect for football, volleyball, racing and cycling games. The Jacuzzi (available from June to August) is located in a fantastic position, but there are still some dangerous point even with the new protection; it is important that children are always supervised by an adult in this part of the garden. The whole house, garden and woods is completely at your disposal, you have not to share place with others and you will enjoy a completely privacy. The garden is equipped with a couple of longchair with cushion, with a 5-places-whirlpool (available from June to August) For enjoyble moment, the garden is equipped with a stone double grill with soapstone and grill, and an outside wood oven complete the needs of the most demanding chef. You can park your car in the free parking above. To reach the house there are 70 steps down, for this reason we don’t suggest our house for people with walking problems. Sorry for that. Guest access The entire villa is completely available to guests. Other things to note House Rule 2: The Jacuzzi is only available from 1st June to 15th September 2025. The Jacuzzi is NOT a HOT TUBE, the maximum temperature is 31° Celsius, for this reason it cannot be used during cold temperature. The Jacuzzi is a hydromassage tub with back and legs massage nozzle. House Rule 8: On the day of arrival, at check-in, all guests must provide an identification document (identity card or passport) for guest registration as required by Italian law. (Portale Alloggiati). If the documents are not provided within the established deadlines, it will NOT be possible to allow the stay as Italian law does not allow it. House Rule 9: In order to be in compliance with Italian law, guests will be asked to sign the rental contract upon arrival, which contains the same information as the Airbnb portal.
