What a view! Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at this place. A birdwatchers delight. The San Geronimo Ridge hiking/biking trail system is two doors down, at the end of the road. This apartment resides 10 mins west of Fairfax. The space Expect clean furniture and bedding. This is a dog friendly home so you may see a little fur, ideally not though. I provide pet blankets for the furniture seats, and couch covers. If you have a third party interested in staying, I can prepare the comfy couch for sleeping, and/or a twin size memory foam mattress. In case you are two parties, just keep in mind the only bathroom is in the Bedroom. You will appreciate the fenced yard if you have pets! And there is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy. Please utilize the umbrellas, just be sure to close after use each day. *Please note that your dogs must be well behaved in the home-no marking, chewing furniture. If your dog/s are big barkers when outside, unfortunately they will not be a good fit. *If interested in one night stays, please send an inquiry👍. As well if you require an early check in, or late check out. I’ll be flexible wherever I can be. Guest access Inside the rental, you have private access to the entire apartment, except closets and bathroom sink drawers. The space will not be shared with anyone during your stay. There is a dresser for your belongings and a clothing rack. If you require more space, send me a message👍. Help yourself to the fresh fruit, beverages, etc and/or condiments that may be in the fridge. Other things to note There are many hiking trails within 15 min of the house! As well, you can access some of this Open Space just at the end of my road. You will just first need to notify the owner of this private stretch of land (I will provide the contact number👍 dogs on leash while on this short stretch of property). If you have larger dogs or have trouble climbing cattle gates, this access point will not be for you, however.
