Located within Dorset's National Landscape & the village of Salway Ash our 4* Visit England Apartment is 4 miles from the vibrant market town of Bridport, World famous Jurassic coastline & SW coastal path. Lyme Regis & Charmouth, famous for fossil hunting a short drive. Cosy first floor space, whilst attached to our home it's private with it's own entrance. A perfect choice for couples and an ideal location to explore any time of the year The space Strongate View Apartment is a lovely, private and cosy space, accessed via external stairs at the side of the house leading to the accommodation (located on the first floor) at the rear of Strongate View House. Lovely light lounge/living room with comfy leather sofa and separate chair. Smart television, kitchenette (including dishwasher) with kettle and toaster, large chest with games provided. Separate cooking area with induction hob, microwave, Neff oven & fridge (with freezer compartment) Bathroom - large cubicle with overhead shower. wash basin and WC, all toiletries provided. Bedroom Up two steps to the large bedroom with a comfy king size bed, wardrobe, full length mirror. Separate work space and chairs. The internal door (between our house & the Apartment) is located in the bedroom and will be locked during your stay. A comfy fold out Jaybe single bed is available as an extra bed in the bedroom. Travel cot and highchair available Free WiFi Access to our washing machine/dryer upon request One small well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge of £10) and we have a hot water dog shower at the side of the house too. (please note that we have a dog of our own) Parking for one car is at the front of the property. Parking is at the front of the property on the road. Bridport (4 miles) is famous for its twice weekly street market and thriving vintage quarter. The harbour of West Bay is situated on the Jurassic coastline which has World Heritage status. For the fossil hunter the coastline at Charmouth & Lyme Regis are a 20 minute drive away. Local wine tasting tours available at Furleigh Estate and a cider tour & tasting session at Dorset Nectar, an organic cider farm, highly recommended. Our nearest beach is West Bay, 3 miles away, or Eype. For those seeking a flat and very sandy beach then Weymouth is well worth a visit Delightful Dorset pubs await you and West Dorset is also full of footpaths for every type of walker & cyclist. Other things to note Whilst we do have a garden there is no access for guests to use it (sorry!)
