His house will seduce you with its space, brightness and especially its comfort. Everything is there to relax: the heated pool, spa, sauna, several terraces, a large garden open to the countryside, a pool table... The beaches are 15 minutes away. The opportunity to enjoy a perfect family vacation. The space The Cornouaille villa is about 180 m2 and has a beautiful garden of just over 2000 m2. The layout of the house has been studied by the owner to allow the best possible accommodation for guests. Indeed, all bedrooms have sliding cupboards that have been fitted so that you can have half of them. There are plenty of assets: heated pool, 3-seater spa, sauna, large living room with billiards open to the 2 terraces and the pool, a small gym, an office space for teleworking open to the terrace, a master suite with private bathroom on the ground floor and 3 double bedrooms with 140 x 190 bed upstairs with 1 shared bathroom (shower and bathtub), barbecue... It has all the comforts and all the necessary appliances, including a hairdryer of course! The entire ground floor is automated... There will also be some games, children's games, a ping pong table... Guests can enjoy the ideally oriented terraces for outdoor dining, barbecue, or deckchairs to relax around the pool (operational from June to October) or in the pleasantly landscaped garden. To park, you will have a small courtyard with carport (possibility to park 3-4 cars). You can enjoy the house as soon as you arrive, since the beds will be made and someone will be able to welcome you to show you around and give you your welcome gift. Guest access The villa is rented in its entirety, no access to the garage.
