We offer fully functional Modern Renovated Flat with home like facilities in secure and gated building in Prime Location Tapovan,close to Laxman jhula ,Neem Beach and Ram Jhulla. ONLY OUR FLATS HAS TWO DOUBLE BEDS IN 1 BHK FLAT.For additional guests we provide Mattress . Parking and lift available. Car can reach till building parking. Wifi available. Food can be delivered at home from nearby restaurants or order from Swiggy,zomato or Blinkit The space Sleeping arrangements:  ONLY OUR FLATS HAS TWO DOUBLE BEDS IN 1 BHK FLAT which is good to sleep 4-5 guests on the beds.  One Double bed in Master bedroom and second double bed in Living area.  For additional guests we provide mattresses.  So, each apartment can accommodate 6-8 guests and be good for large families to stay. Flat amenities  Functional Kitchen with utensils/LPG cooking gas, Microwave, stove top, Electric Kettle for hot water, RO Water Purifier for drinking water, Refrigerator and all required utensils for cooking.  Master bedroom with King size bed - Good to sleep 2-3 guests. attached Balcony, Split AC (Air-conditioned) for cooling in summer season, TV, Almirah to put luggage.  Dining Table and chairs and Free broadband Wi-Fi throughout the flat.  Lift in the building and free onsite Car parking.  Bathroom with Geyser for Hot water.  Home inverter for back up for fan light and Wi-Fi for few hours 4-5 depending upon the usage.  No refund is issued to the guest due to electricity cut from govt electricity department due to any fault and some other reason.  Lift, Ac, geyser like high voltage consuming devices will work with Main line electric Supply  Guests can smoke on the balcony, in corridors or in common areas but not inside the flat  Property is in proximity to restaurants, Cafe, market and public convivence, taxi stand about 500 meters away.  Best part is its prime location, near to Laxman Jhoola and Ganga River. Market is at walk able distance to purchase everyday needs. Geust need to walk around 250 meters at a high altitude from the main road to reach our property from Main Badrinath road.  Room Heater can be provided during winter season with nominal charges on a basis per day, subject to availability. Pls let host know in advance if you need. Banned:  As per Govt Norms Alcohol,Drugs,Narcotics etc  Parties, Events, Nonveg food (Not to cook or bring in apartment) not allowed inside apartment Guest access Guest will be able to access Lift/Elevator and entire flat which they booked. Guest can enjoy food from the restaurant and room service is available at reasonable rate. Other things to note Pls adhere the following house rules for comfortable stay. -All foreigner require to send their passport and Visa copy before their check in. They also require to fill Form C as per Indian Govt Norms. -All domestic travelers require to send/produce ID proof before/ at the time of check in. -Kindly treat this as second home like your own and handover the apartment in the same neat and clean condition before check out as it is given while check in. -Any damages to property or utilities or any electronic appliance will be charged before check out. Otherwise property report to Airbnb to claim damages . -Guest need to wash Dishes or utensils in the kitchen ,if used, before check out or else kindly pay 100 rs to our housekeeping staff to clean the dishes. -Society has quiet hours for guests between 10 pm to 6 am to avoid any kind of complaints raised by neighbor residents/guests during night time. -Loud Music, parties , events are not allowed. No shouting in corridors or in premises. Please maintain calm and holistic Environment in the property. -Check in window 1 PM - 10 PM and check out time is 10 AM. However we are flexible in early check in or Late Check out on chargeable basis subject to availability. Pls check with Host before booking to avoid any conflict. -Prior approval from host is required for late check out after 10 am otherwise late check out charges 3000 Rs or more applicable as it can impact our next booking. -Strictly prohibited Alcohol, Non Veg or any kind of Drug usage in the apartment. - Smoking prohibited inside flat but guest can use balcony or corridor or common area for the same. -Guest need to handover the apartment keys to our staff or as communicated by host before check out. -in case of loss of keys or not giving the apartment keys back to property, guest could attract penalty of 5000 INR or more as it could impact our future guest bookings and cost involves to install new locks and/ keys . -Please Switch off electric appliances (A.C, Geyser, Exhaust fan , Lights, Fans) and Gas Stove when not in use and before leaving the premises. -Movement of furniture is not allowed as it can damage the wall paints or furniture itself. Property will claim damages charges in this case.
