PRIVATE SPACE: -Your private bedroom has a solid oak double bed, solid wood dresser, double door closet with hangers, fan, large floor lamp, excellent bedding, side table, 2nd side table has storage drawers for her..and more. Bedroom located on inside of the building with window to inside stairwell, making the room cooler and darker for sleeping. -Your private living room has a large sectional couch, solid wood armoire with cable television, a stereo system and DVD player, large floor lamp and side table. The fold up cot with thick mattress is also in this room. The cot is suitable for people 5'4" or less, but can also be put on the floor and extended for taller people by using one of the couch cushions. This room located with window facing the sunny side, outside garden view and the ocean breezes. -Your private bathroom features tub, shower with hot water, sink, toilet, bath towels, hand towel, face cloths, mirror, cabinet, blowdryer and there's also a beach towel. SHARED SPACE: -1 gated parking space included!! -The covered terrace is screened in and has several different types of seats. There's also a clothesline to hang your beach towels and bathing suits, the fine sand MUST be kept out of the house and drains. -The dining room is available at all times, except for during my Christmas dinner on evening of December 24 lol. -The kitchen is by far the best kitchen you will find here if you like to prepare food. I brought everything from Canada, several types of coffee makers, toaster oven, electric kettle, electric meat grill, hand mixer to make smoothies, blender, juicer, ice crusher, microwave, panini maker, large crock pot, a toaster that is a radio lol, several sharp knife sets, an array of pots, pans, roaster and more!! Happy cooking but clean up after yourself. You also have all of YOUR OWN cupboards with dishes, silverware, glassware etc etc -The washing machine is operated by me only and maximum 2 small loads per week can be done for guests staying 7 nights or more. The cost is 250 pesos or $5 per load of wash and I do it for you so you can go enjoy your day -Electricity is included!! Please turn off hot water, lights, fans and computers/devices when not in use as electricity is expensive here. -Drinking/cooking water is also provided when you are in the home , plus cooking oil, salt and pepper. -Smoking of cigarettes is permitted in the dining room and terrace. I watch movies regularily, you are welcome to join me. -The massage chair...aahhhhh...yes you may rent time in the massage chair. It has 5 different types of massage, 3 intensity levels, can be stopped in one spot or only work on an affected area...while at the same time, massaging your legs, feet and toes...amazing!! **NO ONE but me is permitted to operate the theatre or stereo system in my living room, or the massage chair and these 3 things are NOT to be used unless I am at home with time to operate them** -I also have different sized coolers, a beach blanket, picnic basket with dishes for the beach, please ask to borrow and return clean During your stay I'm definitely a people person and enjoy meeting new people from all around the world! I'm very accommodating, can answer all your questions and show you around...or if you are more introverted and prefer to totally do your own thing, it's all good with me. Please respect that my living room is my private space, you may walk through to the terrace at any time of day or night, ask me any question, however my living room is not available for guests to just come sit and chat. The guest has their own living room, everyone needs alone, unwind, quiet time. Ive had to write this as some guests come in and just sit and want to chat at night, my living room is my only awake time private space.
