Batchcott Hall is an historic country house, occupying an idyllic position on the lower slopes of the Long Mynd, with breathtaking views onto the Shropshire plains. Providing for up to 17 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and with the option of an in-house chef at your disposal, your stay promises to be unforgettable. **Traditional wood-fired and/or gas fired pizza ovens available for hire!** The space Batchcott Hall is usually set up to accommodate 17 people, across five double rooms, one twin room and one bunk room (sleeping five). However, if you have specific requirements, whatever these may be, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss the possibility of accommodating you as you wish. For less mobile guests, we have a ground floor double room, however there is no downstairs bathroom (only the communal downstairs loo). It should also be noted that the ground floor bedroom and downstairs loo are at opposite ends of the ground floor and there is one step to navigate. A fully equipment kitchen, with Aga and large kitchen table will give you plenty of room to prepare your food, whilst enjoying the views across the garden. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room, with large dining table and log burner. The main feature of the living room is the large bay window with stone window frame, looking out over the garden and beyond to sweeping countryside. If the views aren’t enough to keep your eyes entertained, there is also a flat screen TV, and an open fireplace to keep you busy.
