The space We offer four identical, bright studio apartments in this building, with a coffee shop on the ground floor. We have small private balconies, overlooking the street, offering a glimpse of local life. Studio Features: Each air-conditioned studio includes: - A king-size memory foam bed (6.5 x 6 ft) - An attached bathroom - A fully equipped kitchen - A cozy sitting area - Guests also have access to a shared rooftop terrace with a kitchen and bathroom—perfect for soaking up the sun in winter or getting a tan in summer. Location & Accessibility: This unit is on Floor 3 (British English) with our cafe on the ground floor. No elevator, but we're happy to assist with luggage when available. However, street noise is present, though windows reduce it by about 70%. If you're sensitive to noise, we provide disposable earplugs upon request. Water Usage: Kathmandu has limited water supply, but we've ensured a steady flow for guests. Please use water mindfully—limit washing machine use to once a week and take quick showers. Hot Water: The bathroom sink and shower have solar-heated water, but the kitchen sink does not. On cloudy days or when multiple guests use hot water at once, it may take time to reheat—especially in winter. Showering during the day/evening is recommended. Wi-Fi: We have mesh routers in every room, but signal strength may vary. Let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll try to resolve them quickly. Power Backup: While power outages are now rare, we have backup electricity for essential devices (phones & laptops). However, it cannot support the entire house.
