Dream's Place near BGC Mckinley GrandCanal＆airport

Anna Jezza's place (The Birchwood Condo ) is located at Acacia Estates Literally just a few minutes away from the Central Bussiness District Mckinley Hill Bonifacio Global City Makati. and it's near in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The space Guest has access to the entire unit.our place has two bedrooms condo unit 5th floor with a balcony facing the pool side. The place is very clean and peaceful. all of the appliances, Utensils,apparatus and other furnitures that are provided is limited so if there are other utensils/apparatus needed by the guest that are not included in the provided amenities should be provided by the guest and not by the owner. Guest access Guest has a access to the entire unit. Guest are provided a bath towels and basic toiletries.the towels and linens can be changed weekly upon request if the guest will stay for atleast 2 weeks or longer.Cleaning the unit is also upon request and extra charge will be apply. pool are not free for the guest. monday, tuesday ,Wednesday and Friday are allowed for guest.sorry hope you understand,using washing machine have a extra charge 150php per use. all of the appliances, Utensils,apparatus and other furnitures that are provided is limited so if there are other utensils/apparatus needed by the guest that are not included in the provided amenities should be provided by the guest and not by the owner. Other things to note Confirmed guest should send me a copy of their valid ID as well as thier complet names of everyonethat will stay in my unit .this is for security purposes.
