On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms, a dining room with garden view and a fireplace, a bright, well equipped kitchen and a toilet. The 4 bed rooms are on the second floor as well as a large bath room with both shower and bath. In the master bed room of 14 square meters there is a double bed (180*200 cm), in the 2d bed room (14 square meters) there is a double bed (180*200 cm), in the 3d bed room (14 square meters) there is a queen size bed (160*200 cm) and in the 4th bedroom of 14 square meters there is 1 single bed (90*200 cm). Our house is suitable for both pleasure and business trips. There is a good wireless internet (fiber) and 3 desks if you need to work. For the family there are several toys, a trampoline, etc. In the garden you can relax in the sunbeds, enjoy appel trees, black berries, and lovely flowers. Close to the house there are several parcs with playground and the beach only a short bike ride away! The central station in Malmö is 10 minutes away by bus and from there you are only 20 minutes by train from Copenhagen (15 minutes from Copenhagen airport) . The train runs all night long.
