The apartment is quiet, warm and very pleasant to stay in, in the heart of a lively and commercial area. Indeed, it is conveniently located close to the Quai de Jemappes, in the heart of the trendy Canal Saint Martin district of central Paris (bars, restaurants, shops, yoga center...). You can walk to the Marais, Les Halles or Bastille neighborhoods, or take the metro to visit all the main tourist sites of Paris. The space The apartment is about 117 sqm We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large shower, faucet and toilet, shower gel, shampoo. 1 separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (no oven) There's a big closet in the bedrooms. Internet: WiFi and LED TV with SmartTV app. In the living room: 1 gray and modern sofa bed with double mattress. A foosball table in the basement. In the dining room a dining table that seats up to 10 people. Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed.
