This unit is part of larger house so please bear this in mind in terms of other people onsite, however unit is all yours. 15 minute walk to Mount shops and 10 minutes to Blake Park. Please note due to technical difficulties wifi is no longer available, however Unit is walking distance from library & cafes with WiFi. The space This is a one bedroom unit that would suit a professional or couple. There is also a single bed in the same bedroom which will accommodate one child/another adult, so it’s also perfect for a beach getaway as a young family. The kitchen has got a stovetop, oven and fridge for meal prep, and there’s a couch and TV for unwinding after a day at the beach. Unit is part of a larger house. Guest access The whole unit is yours but is part of a larger house. We just ask that you are considerate of others that rent other parts of the house. You gain entry through a lock box. Easy self check-in and self check-out. Other things to note It is a quite street with a Sunday Market and shopping center all within a short distance. You can find surfboard rentals nearby, the iconic Tay Street Store coffee just around the corner, or stroll into town for some fish and chips followed by famous Sea People Icecream!
