There are two sliding doors on this floor that open up to a tiled outdoor patio. Has a shower, basin and toilet. Has a tv.There is a staircase up to gain access to the first floor. 3 queen beds and a sleeper couch. own bathroom and kitchen. Own balcony . stairs up to 2nd floor which is a duplicate of 1st floor. own balcony and steps to tiled roof. The space The roof is fully tiled and us approximately 100square metres. There is a full view of the Lagoon and and the valley. There are plug points for appliances to be used there. It can be used as an entertainment area. There is a fully tiled outdoor courtyard on the basement level which could be used for entertainment. The first floor has its own balcony. The second floor has a balcony on either side of the house. One with valley views and the other with lagoon views. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house as its rented out as that. Other things to note There is no smoking in the house. All smokers to smoke outdoors using the ashtrays provided.
