If you want to be quiet with your family, the apartment at the first floor in the villa it is the perfect location. The space The apartment at the first floor of the House Fuà is the ideal place for a family holiday in a very quiet neighbourhood. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, laundry, a big living room whit two balconies: one facing the sea side and the other one facing the park side. There are three double bedrooms, one of which with a private bathroom, and another bedrooms with two single beds and two more bathrooms. WI-FI and TV are available. In the front garden there is a small off-ground swimming pool available for the guest to cool off in the hot days. Pets are allowed on request. The House Fuà is located in the upper part of one of the hills of Ancona facing the Adriatic Sea and Mount Conero. It is easily accessible from both (Raffaello Sanzio Falconara 16 km) and the railway station (6 km). The motorway (A16, exit Ancona South) at 9 km. Its peculiarity is that the house is at the same time is extremely quiet in the middle of a rural area, but also very close to a city with a major port and all its amenities. In the vicinity of the city of Ancona you can make wonderful excursions. Nearby is Portonovo at the foot of Monte Conero, is one of the most beautiful places of the Adriatic Sea.
