Our comfortable nice three-room apartment in the house Balma, a multi-family home, is located at "Obere Steinmatte" (map D11, Nr. 1472), in the heart of Zermatt. The house is centrally and quietly located, only a short 5 minutes walk from the village centre (church) and 5 minutes walk to the Matterhorn-Glacier-Paradise cable cars. The bus stop is around the corner, as are various restaurants, a grocery shop, sports shop and bakery. There is a lift in the house. The space This spacious and comfortable apartemen in Haus Balma is located on the first floor south/east. The apartement is fully equipped, from coffee machine, microwave, fondue & raclette set to a TV set in each room, books and games. The two bedrooms have double beds, but a sofa bed in the living area can also be used. The bathroom will delight you with a bathtub. On the balcony, oriented east and south, you can have breakfast and watch the deer. Wellness area with fitness (sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, solarium) can be enjoyed in the neighbouring house with advance reservation and fee. The Wifi connection is new and stable, suitable for working during your holiday. The stairs can also be replaced by the existing lift. Guest access There are various holiday flats in the house. The main entrance door is open until 9 p.m. and with the booking email the guest receives a code for the key box in which the flat key is located. The ski room is to the right of the main entrance and can be opened with the same key.
