In the heart of the Nantes Vineyard next to Clisson, Le Village de Gîtes du Moulin Neuf offers the rental of 11 cottages all year round, in free management. On the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, the cottages enjoy an exceptional natural setting in an old village of Weavers with its fulling mill, 30 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou. A bath of nature and authenticity where the living is good... The space In a small building of 5 apartments with balcony, each apartment has a name reminiscent of the weaver's activity that was the origin of the village: "Drapier", "Lainière", "Etendoir", "Filature" and "Meunerie" (3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor). Overlooking the river, each rental consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette (dishes included, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and dining area, sofa bed (2 single beds) and balcony with garden furniture. 2 sanitary blocks, each with toilet - shower - sink. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi access. A laundry room is available free of charge with washing machine and dryer (bring your laundry). A barbecue area, common to the 5 apartments, is accessible (you supply the charcoal). Guest access - Free private parking at the entrance to the village of cottages (unattended). - Access to the river is via a small pedestrian path. Guests can enjoy the common green spaces along the Sèvre. Swimming is prohibited by a municipal decree. - In summer, possibility to rent bikes on site, for a free contribution. Other things to note - Bed and bath linens are included (beds not made). - The accommodation must be left clean, for this you will find the necessary equipment in the apartments: broom, vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop (provide your household products, towels and sponges). Otherwise, you have the option to take the cleaning package option at €45. - A security deposit of €300 is required.
