This is a village house accessible by a communal path. It consists of 3 floors: on the ground floor, bedroom 2 and bathroom as well as a laundry room (consisting of a refrigerated bank and washing machine), on the 1st floor: living room and bedroom 1 and on the 2nd floor: kitchen and terrace. A small outdoor area is located under the terrace where there is garden furniture. The house does not have a dishwasher. Available: microwave, Nespresso machine, small oven, fridge... The space The hamlet of Conghilio is a 5-minute drive to Giottani Beach. A quarter of an hour walk in the hamlet there is access to the river. Barrettali is about an hour's drive from Bastia and Saint-Florent. A small grocery store is located in Pino, 20 minutes from the hamlet. And a small supermarket in Luri about 30/40 min drive away.
