The flat built in 1900's has been recently converted from a pub, has a unique feel and is fantastically designed and built. The neighbours are really friendly, helpful, quiet and very respectful. Three large double bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes, desks, desk chairs, and double aspect windows looking out to leafy views of Barnard Park and Islington. There is wifi throughout. Ensuite bathroom in Main Bedroom.The Main bathroom is equipped with bath, shower and heated towel rails. Kitchen fully equipped including Coffee Machine and makes a mean Latte! Microwave & Dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with Washing Machine, Dryer and clothes line. The sun-filled flat has digital tv and wifi internet. The open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen looks out to panoramic views and the sunsets and sunrises are pretty glorious! There are stairs leading up to a remote control hatch to the huge roof terrace adorned with plants so treat yourself to a holiday style way and dine outside, weather permitting! BBQ and deck chairs for those lovely summer evenings on the deck. The noise level in the flat is zero. As we live on the top floor there are no neighbours above or either side of us. There is minimal traffic noise in rush hour but other than that its very peaceful considering you are in central London! If you have a car we can arrange inexpensive parking space directly behind the building but we will need to have your registration number in advance. The Area The flat is equidistant between Upper Street and Kings Cross. Opposite the flat is Barnard Park with a running track plus the area borders with leafy Islington and trendy Camden Town with its famous market. Also with St Pancreas International Train Station just a stones throw away, the location is fantastic for weekend breaks too. Because of the central location we have an abundant choice of travel. Both Kings Cross tube, Angel tube and Caledonian and Barnsbury overground are but 10 mins walk. Plus an infinite number of buses. If you want to avoid public transport then you can bike into town in 15 minutes or walk in 40 minutes. We are also near the canal so you can take the beautiful route at your leisure and forget you are in the city Close to the city and easily accessible to the West End. Millions have been spent recently in the regeneration of Kings Cross and the area is buzzing with excitement. Concert Halls, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, a rebirth of a gothic masterpiece and the famous St Martins College of Art and Design. There are brilliant Theatres within a short walk. Due to a negative Air BnB incident recently with a previous guest causing disturbances we cannot allow visitors to our home other than the Air BnB guests who have paid to stay. If there is an extenuating circumstance then we would be open to discussion if we feel it is appropriate.
