Pure Maastricht: Panorama studio on the Grensmaas!

Picturesque studio, located in the former residence, which is part of our beautiful characteristic carré farm 'de Maashof', just steps away from Maastricht with breathtaking views of the Grensmaas! The space The studio is part of the Maashof (1860), a square farm that has been owned by our family since 1968. Several homes are located here for permanent residence. We live here ourselves and, in addition to permanent residents, we also have several vacation homes for rent. In the old farmhouse is this cozy furnished studio, where the beautiful view of the Grensmaas immediately stands out! Hence the name: Panorama Studio. The studio is located on the first floor, here are 2 single beds that together form a king size box spring of 180x200. There is also a TV, equipped with Google Chromecast and Digitenne, a comfortable sofa + armchair & a dining table with chairs. The bedding is ready for your stay. In the studio, there is a kitchen with all the comforts: fridge with freezer compartment, air fryer, gas stove, kettle & Senseo. Adjacent to the studio is a PRIVATE bathroom with toilet, sink & shower on the shared landing. Please bring your own towels, kitchen towels & tea towels! Basically, you will find everything you need in the studio. If not, please let us know. We use the Swedish concept, which means: everything that is present, you can use! It would be nice if you also leave something for the next guests. We hope you have a pleasant stay in Borgharen, close to the city, but even closer to nature. Behind the farm is a large fruit meadow with cows, pigs and rabbits. Here is the possibility to do yoga, to BBQ and to spend time in a cozy and quiet way. You can also always (at your own risk) enter the meadow to pick fresh fruit! Several people live on the farm, so please be mindful of noise/music. When you cross the street, you walk directly along the Maas, also known as the Grensmaas area. It doesn't get any better than this! Over 200+ acres of new wilderness with Galloways & Konik horses, birds, beautiful hiking and biking trails, and ancient sites. Located just steps away from bustling Maastricht. The bus stops at the Middenstraat stop, which is further down the street, a 5-minute walk towards the village. The bus stop is located diagonally opposite the snack bar, next to the large parking lot + soccer field. Bikes There are several cycling routes in the area. The guestbook contains tips from other guests about beautiful routes. Check-in: from 4 p.m. Early check-in is possible for an additional fee. Check-out: until 11 a.m. Late check-out is possible for an additional fee. Parking and luggage storage are free of charge. In 2020, we rented out the first vacation home on our "Hofje," and now even more vacation options have been added. We have a lot of fun with this.
