The space The Old Snooker Hall features a cosy bedroom, modern shower room and spacious open plan living area, with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Sliding doors open onto your own private garden. As this was previously our snooker room and bar, it features a small bar area in the corner for your added enjoyment! Guest access Parking is on our driveway and access to the property is via a side entrance. Other things to note Please note, that although the flat is on one level, there is a slope and a couple of steps to access it. The driveway and the garden are shingle. This may make it difficult for people with mobility problems. The property is totally separate to our house but is located in our back garden. However, as the side doors are for fire escape use only, the Old Snooker Hall is very private and quiet. We have a labrador, Bentley, who is very friendly but you will only see him occasionally in our garden if you look over your fence! He does not have access to your private garden.
