The settlement was built in 1974 by the architects of Atelier 5 and is assigned to brutalism. It is regarded as a milestone for architecture enthusiasts and is classified as a protected object. The accommodation is suitable for people who want to retreat to a natural environment and seek peace - and if necessary, quickly in the city. The space The house is located on a slope and therefore has some stairs. In addition to the room there is a private shower / WC and a coffee machine and fridge in the room. All floor coverings are made of stone. Guest access The upper part of the house is reserved for the residents. The room has a small terrace and a courtyard with seating.
