Le Gîte du Coq

In the heart of the Grande-Champagne cognac vineyard, in the quiet village of Juillac-le-Coq, the Gîte du Coq, village house that can accommodate 6 people, completely renovated and very well equipped, with small courtyard and small garden. The space You can enjoy this cozy house with an area of 100 m2 equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the ground floor, the dining room - living room, with TV, free WIFI, bluetooth speaker, board games, children's toys..., the equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set...) as well as some essential products to start your stay (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, cocoa, flour, toilet paper, charcoal...), the cellar (washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron...), toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 140), all equipped with a large dressing room and a fan, bathroom 2 sinks, large shower and bathtub, toilet (separate). A closed courtyard equipped with garden furniture, small living room, deckchairs, barbecue and plancha as well as a small fenced garden equipped with a beautiful children's play structure. Some outdoor games are available for children as well as 2 petanque sets for adults. High chair, seat and bath ring, portable crib and safety barrier for the stairs available on request. Free parking next to the house. A lockbox is available. BED LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED, BEDS MADE UPON ARRIVAL. The cleaning package includes only the supply of all linen and its maintenance, beds made as well as the total disinfection of the accommodation. THE ACCOMMODATION MUST BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE HOUSE. A few meters away is the restaurant, bar, tobacco, bread depot and grocery store "Le Coq'As" and its delicious burgers, hearty and refined dishes. Ideally located between Cognac (15 min), Jarnac (10 min), Jonzac (20 min), Angoulême and Saintes (40 min), this cottage will allow you to discover all the treasures of our beautiful Charente region. You can visit the great houses of Cognac or savor a quality cognac or pineau des Charentes from local winegrowers, embark on a river cruise on the Charente or stroll through the streets of the capital of the image and comics in Angoulême, a city of art and history. In 45 minutes you will be on the Charente coast where you can enjoy the beaches, and after a few minutes of additional driving, you can immerse yourself in the world of oysters or stroll through the old port of La Rochelle and its unmissable towers. Finally, you can also visit the city of Bordeaux, with its vibrancy and rich heritage (about 1 hour). Guest access The house, courtyard and fenced garden are reserved for guests only.
