In the heart of the Grande-Champagne cognac vineyard, in the quiet village of Juillac-le-Coq, the Gîte du Coq, village house that can accommodate 6 people, completely renovated and very well equipped, with small courtyard and small garden. The space You can enjoy this cozy house with an area of 100 m2, equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On the ground floor, the dining-living room, with TV, free WIFI, Bluetooth speaker, board games, children's toys..., the equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee maker and coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set...) as well as some essential products to start your stay (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, cocoa, flour, toilet paper...), the utility room (washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron...), toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm and 2 beds 140 cm), all equipped with a large dressing area and a fan, bathroom with 2 basins, large shower and bathtub, toilet (separate). For your comfort, the floor dedicated to the bedrooms is air-conditioned, guaranteeing pleasant nights even during hot weather. An enclosed courtyard equipped with a terrace with pergolas, garden furniture, a small seating area, deckchairs, a barbecue and a plancha, as well as a small fenced garden equipped with a beautiful children's play structure. Some outdoor games are available for children, as well as 2 sets of petanque balls for adults. Highchair, bath seat and ring, baby bed and safety gate for the stairs are available on request. Free parking next to the house. A lockbox is available. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED, BEDS MADE UPON ARRIVAL. ⚠️The cleaning package includes only the supply of all linens and their maintenance, beds made up, and the complete disinfection of the accommodation. ⚠️ THE ACCOMMODATION MUST BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE HOUSE. A few meters away is the restaurant, bar, smoke shop, bread delivery point and grocery store "Le Coq'As" with its delicious burgers and hearty, refined dishes. Ideally located between Cognac (15 min), Jarnac (10 min), Jonzac (20 min), Angoulême and Saintes (40 min), this cottage will allow you to discover all the treasures of our beautiful Charente region. You can visit the great houses of Cognac or enjoy a quality cognac or Pineau des Charentes at local winemakers, embark on a river cruise on the Charente, or take a stroll through the streets of Angouleme, the capital of images and comics and a city of art and history. In 45 minutes, you will be on the Charente coast where you can enjoy the beaches, and after a few more minutes by car, you can immerse yourself in the world of oysters or stroll around the old port of La Rochelle and its must-see towers. Finally, you can also visit the city of Bordeaux, with its dynamism and rich heritage (about 1 hour). Guest access The house, courtyard and fenced garden are reserved for guests only.
