This listing is intended as a relaxing getaway. Includes Breakfast. If you would like to include a full meal package for the whole day, it will be an additional of RM30 for A Single or RM50 for A Couple. To be paid in cash or FPX Online Banking when you arrived at our place during Check In. The space We are Arnaz & Saliza with our little girl Tia Lisa. We are your live-in hosts and will be hosting you through out your stay at this villa. *we also provide few OTHER PERSONALIZED SERVICES to our B&B guests, if you would like to know more please scroll further to the most bottom of the description. We are located near the Sg. Pelek a small town in Sepang Selangor. Our villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport Sepang and 20 minutes drive from the Sepang International Circuit. If you take a GrabCar from the airports (KLIA and KLIA2) the charges to our villa will be around RM36 or 10USD for one way. The ride will take between 30 to 45 minutes. There is also a FREE bus service 'Smart Selangor' from airports KLIA and KLIA2 (Departure Hub), and will be passing through Sg. Pelek town. The journey from both airports KLIA2 to Sg. Pelek town is approximately 60 minutes. The frequency of the Free Bus is at 45 minutes apart. You can download the Free Bus apps "SITS" from Play Store App. Look for the "Route Information" under the "Majlis Perbandaran Sepang". Find bus number "SPG1". From the Sg. Pelek town you can get the GrabCar service to our home for about RM7 one way. The Villa ~ Artsy Hut Bed and Breakfast The villa itself is a small bungalow on a 7000 sq feet of land which is besides a lake. The villa is also a boutique for collecting and selling used items which are mostly vintage apparels. Within the villa, sometimes we open The Devil's Lounge for our guests and customers from 12pm to 6pm, where we sell drinks, snacks and food for our guests and customers. There is also a Sport's Bar for our guests and customers where they can play some board games, darts, carrom, arcade game and a boxing game machine. Our Hosting. Our B&B hosting is private and exclusive for one couple or for one single at a time as it will be a more personalized service. We do not put charges in our hosting service as it is up to customer to tips us at the end of their journey with us if they wish too. The space within. The villa is a small bungalow with 3 rooms. 1st room is the Guests' bedroom which is the main Master Bedroom. 2nd room is our living quarters whereas the 3rd room is for Artsy Hut storage. The rest of the villa is our Artsy Hut Vintage and Collectible Boutique where we display our used and vintage apparels. The Space we are renting out is our Master Bedroom, but still our guest are welcome to share the other areas we have within or around our little home, our lounges, kitchen and play area. We have 2 Lounges. The main lounge is the one we call The Devil's Lounge where we entertain our customers and guests. The second Lounge is at our patio where we normally chill with our B&B guests especially when there is a heavy storm outside. We have two bathrooms of which one is attached to the guests' room and the other one is for our private use, a pantry and 4 corners of gardens surrounding the villa. We also have one patio where our outdoor kitchen is and also can be used for chilling and relaxing as it is facing our backyard and the man made lake fronting the backyard of the villa. P.S. 1. A drive to the beach is just 5 minutes away. 2. Our washing machine is available if needed. We charge a small fee of RM 7 per wash and dry (7kgs per usage). If guests require an alternative washing, there is a self service laundry nearby where you can wash and dry your laundry in an hour. The price is around RM10 for 9 kg. You can either take a 20 minutes walk to the laundry or take a GrabCar for about RM7 one way to the laundry. But if we are free and have completed our work and chores around the villa, we are happy to drive you there and wait for you until you finish your laundry. Guest access All the space are accessible except for our living quarter and our storage area. The second bathroom is our private bathroom but we still share it with our guests. To access the lake, just ask us to unlock the backyard gate. During your stay Most of the time, yet we value our guests' privacy. We do hope our guests will also value our private time for us to freshen up and also cleaning up the villa. Other things to note We started our Bed and Breakfast journey through Airbnb back in 2013. Since 2018, we have slowed down a little as trying to do other things in life to cover our living expenditure. By 2020 when Covid came, we have stop hosting until now. These few years have been a major awakening for us too. Since then there are few new things we did and found around our place, Sg. Pelek and Bagan Lalang, which we are eager to share with our guest soon. A Personal Note: 1. We do not have hot shower at the moment. We just hope you can enjoy our fresh cold water here. 2. We have no pets, yet there some wild life that we considered as semi pets that live around the lake and in our compound such as frogs, lizards, birds and others. Some creatures can be cute but some can be scary too. Sometimes you can hear the owl howling at night too. Don't be scared, as they are all shy creatures. Please keep all the windows close after 7 pm as we hope to avoid any unwanted creatures from entering the room at night. 3. We do have good offer for CONTENT CREATORS/Youtubers who are seeking for content or just would like to take a break and wish to be spoiled by us. Do message us for either weekly, fortnightly or for a month package. It will be a special price as we can customize for you a price package of simple hosting with breakfast or even full hosting with full meals and travels included.
