'Casa di Irén' is a small, air-conditioned apartment with independent access on the ground floor and a private veranda, perfect for couples with two children. From here, you can visit Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. By bike or motorcycle - You can park them safely and for free in our courtyard. The space The house is on the GROUND FLOOR and features independent gas heating, over 400 Mbps high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and: - living room with kitchenette complete with dishes, pots and pans, and everything you need for cooking, a table with chairs, a futon sofa bed, air conditioning, a 32-inch smart TV with Prime Video and Netflix, and a French window; - bedroom with double bed, 25 cm thick mattress, walk-in closet, window with mosquito nets, and air conditioning; - bathroom with shower and window with mosquito nets. - a private, shaded veranda with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The protected outdoor courtyard, allowing for the safe parking of bicycles and motorcycles, makes the house particularly suitable for cyclists and motorcyclists. Other things to note For all short stays the Municipality of Pisa requires a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day for a maximum of 5 days (3 days in low season).
