My name is Theresa, I have a taste for the finer things in life, love a good book and movie mad, I have a passion for food, so a big foodie! although I do look after myself at the gym every other day! I have a good sense of humour and an easy going kind of lady. Our philosophy is to make every guest feel relaxed, refreshed, and at home. The space TLC offers 4 light and airy bedrooms decorated to a high standard and a freshly cooked breakfast for the morning. My place is nestled in the heart of Exmouth with the beach front only a 10-15 min walk away, train station 5 minutes away and the home opens up to the array of attractions and entertainment at your pleasure within the area. The house is also situated a 10 min walk to the Town Centre and is just off the A376 with a 20 minute drive taking you past Lympstone Village, Exton, Ebford into Exeter. Our location offers a host of leisure actives which are yours for the taking and with a hospitable host to hand advice is on tap if required! What is not to love! Come to us and feel a British warm welcome! Your room is tastefully decorated with paint from Laura Ashley to add to a luxury feel, making the room feel spacious & airy, your single bed and Lambs wool mattress will allow you to have one of the best nights sleep after you have enjoyed the delights that Exmouth in Devon has to offer. The 400 thread count bed linen will make you feel like a King or Queen and along with the beautiful oak furniture from The Oak Loft, will ensure that quality is throughout your room. This room has a garden view and your very own private bathroom is just in the hall. We will provide you with a bathrobe and slippers for your comfort and privacy.
