Grover Beach Bungalow: 5 min drive to the beach!

Come enjoy our Grover Beach Bungalow with your loved ones! Contemporary coastal design with upgraded kitchen. Spacious front yard, relaxing living space, and tasteful design. The home was built in the 1950s but is updated for a modern beachy feel. Conveniently located off The 101, half way between LA and SF. The beach is just one mile away, which is a 5min drive or 20min walk. You’ll have an ocean view from the upstairs balcony! Grover Beach STR Permit #0115 The space The house sleeps 8 adults with a small trundle bed room for an additional 2 kids. We have a spacious kitchen and living area. The bathrooms are narrow in size, but have everything you need. We are limited to 10 people due to our city permit, so cannot accommodate more guests. Thank you for understanding! Downstairs: There is an open living and dining area, full kitchen, desk area, full bathroom, large bedroom with a king bed and access to the back deck, and laundry room. Upstairs: There is a large bedroom with two Queens and an ocean view balcony, individual Queen room, small room with a trundle bed equivalent to two twins, and a full bathroom in the hallway. Outdoors: There is a large front yard with lush grass. The sprinklers will go off at night around 10:30pm. There is a front gate that can be shut, so that it’s completely enclosed. Out back, there is an outdoor living and dining space with a large bench, firepit, gas grill, and table. Guest access Access the house through a smart lock on the front door. The code will be sent before you arrive. The driveway is large enough to fit 4 to 6 cars depending on size. Please use the driveway and do not park on the street. There is a detached garage that guests do not have access to. Once you're here, the neighborhood is walkable, and it's simple to get around by car as well. Other things to note We have beach gear you’re welcome to use! There is a collapsible beach wagon, foldable beach chairs, and a few beach toys and games. All of that is kept in the storage area between the kitchen and downstairs bathroom.
