The Flying Pen Suites: Hatch Room

Staying in our B&B accommodation is like experiencing how most of the locals live in Siquijor: chill and laid-back. We're along the high way, situated in between the busy center streets of Siquijor town proper and the touristy area of San Juan town. This place is owned by a cockfighting enthusiast, hence the name The Flying Pen Suites. The space The building is patterned from an actual chicken pen which can be seen in the vicinity. The spacious air-conditioned room is 28 square meters in size including its own bathroom and porch. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Guest access The reception, kitchen and dining areas in the nearby spot is designed like a cockfighting arena or "sabongan" where the roosters fight. During your stay Since I have a day job, the staffs are the ones manning the place. But I come at night to check and socialize with guests. Other things to note So if you want to experience the Siquijor island chill and laid-back kind of life: going to your destination during the day, coming home at night to rest and feel the fresh breeze, even hearing the roosters crow in the morning and cricket sounds at night, then this is the place for you.
