Clinging to the old ramparts of the medieval village of Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, our house offers an atypical setting for your stays with family or friends. A spacious living space awaits you where you can gather around the fireplace for convivial moments. On sunny days, you can enjoy breakfast in the private courtyard or on one of the shared terraces with views of the mountains. The space • Accommodation: This village house has three levels: - The entrance is through a private courtyard that leads you directly into a large living room organized around the fireplace and which includes a living room, an open kitchen and a dining room. - The two bedrooms of the house are one level lower: one equipped with a double bed, and the other with a double bed + a bunk bed. An atypical bathroom in a retro spirit with a spa bath and a walk-in shower are on the same floor, as well as a separate toilet. - A laundry area with washing machine is available on the ground floor. • Outdoor: 4 outdoor spaces are at your disposal, 3 of which are to be shared with other potential guests: - A private courtyard for moments of calm in the shade of the old ramparts - A panoramic terrace with an idyllic view that simply encourages us to take our time - A shaded terrace with barbecue and garden furniture to gather and share friendly moments - A little green corner • Parking: Private parking is available in front of the property and 2 free parking lots are available within 200 m. • Location: The classified village of Saint Vincent de Barrès enjoys a central location that will allow you to travel between the Drôme and the Ardèche: 15 minutes from Montélimar (capital of nougat), Privas (capital of marron glacé) and the A7 highway. • Things to do nearby: - For athletes: hiking, biking, canoeing, canyoning, paragliding, caving, via corda... - For families: bike rail, soft trails, nautical base, tree climbing, educational farm, visit to the Palais des Bonbons du Nougat et des Souvenirs, plant maze... - For history and old stone lovers: visit hilltop and classified villages, castles, caves, etc. - Others: visit craft workshops, wineries, etc. Guest access The property has 3 independent accommodations that can be rented individually or together: a bedroom in an old fortification tower for 2 people, a studio for 2 people and a house for 6 people. Each of these accommodations has an independent entrance and shares the outdoor spaces. Other things to note - Bed and bath linens are provided. - The upper bunk bed is not suitable for adults or children over 50 kg. - 2 baby beds are available on site. **THE FIRST WEEKEND OF AUGUST IS THE VILLAGE FESTIVAL, NOISE AND TRAFFIC MAY OCCUR**
