The living area looks out onto the canal and pool through a glass wall. There are blinds that can open and close for privacy. It's a great place for a vacation with your significant other due to all the places to see, things to eat and activity to enjoy. There is a code on the door, you will receive this information the day of your check in. Things to do in area: Duffy Boat, Paddleboard and Kayak rental (all in our back yard) @duffyboatrentals **(Call a head and reserve the duffy boats because they rent quickly) Canal Walks on Naples Island: This will take you through the beautiful canals of Naples Island Take a boat to Catalina Island: Visit CatalinaExpress for reservations This is fun. You can also take Jet Ski’s to Catalina Island, if you want to know more about that just let me know. Mothers Beach: This beach is walking distance from our condo. 2nd and PCH: This is an amazing new development walking distance from our condo. It has great places to shop, dine and a wonderful outdoor seating area. Ballast Point Long Beach: Nice Brewery on the water. Also has good food. Shoreline Village: Fun place to go with family. If you remove it and you get a ticket, you will be charged the ticket amount. This fee is $100.00. **There is only 1 parking space for a vehicle **There is no cable but we do have a TV.
