Our sea-front apartment is centrally located, perfect for couples looking to enjoy a few days in Málaga, with its beautiful beach, old town, and scenic surroundings. The apartment is spacious, bright, and offers stunning sea views. Fully renovated in 2019 and with regular updates, it features a bedroom area, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, open terrace, and living room. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a large smart TV. The space The apartment is just in front of the Malagueta beach and has stunning sea views and a lovely terrace. It is only 1,5 km from the old town, so you can walk there in 15 minutes. Even if the location, the views and the open terrace on a top floor are our main assets, we did not stop there and went the extra mile by taking the utmost care of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The open terrace on the top floor of the building has a small table with two chairs, which makes it an ideal place to enjoy breakfast while the sun rises or to have glass of wine or a romantic dinner on the evening. You will definitely love the sea views from the apartment. There are also two deck chairs for sunbathing. The apartment's terrace is separated from our family house terrace by a side awning that gives you full privacy. The bed is queen sized (160cm x 200cm) and it has a comfy memory foam mattress and lots of pillows. Thin sheets and covers are provided for the summer and there is a duvet and blankets for the winter. If you like to sleep until late, the apartment has electric blinds, that get it completely dark. Temperature won't be a problem, since the air conditioning (both hot and cold modes) is powerful and fast. The living room is perfect for relaxing, read and chat on the sofa while enjoying wonderful sea views. Also, if you want to watch a movie or TV show, the apartment has a 50'' LCD Smart TV with Internet connection that includes Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime Video. You can also connect a USB drive or your laptop. It also has SAT-TV with hundreds of channels in English, German, French and Italian among other languages. There are also cards and board games for you to use. Keeping in touch is also very easy with a fast fiber optic Internet connection of up to 300 mbps through Wi-Fi or an ethernet cable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a complete meal: induction hot plates, microwave oven, fridge, sink, cutlery, tableware and cooking accessories. An electric kettle, a Nespresso machine, an italian coffee maker and a toaster are provided too. The bathroom is as bright as the rest of the apartment, and it has great views too. It has a WC, sink, shower plate with a screen, storage space, heater, hairdryer, hair straightener, and towels. Toilet paper and shampoo/gel are provided. We love hosting and we will be available before and during your stay for anything you may need help with. In a nutshell, we are 200 m (4 min walk). from the beach, 1,5 km from the Old Town/City Center, 3 km from the train station and 11 km from Malaga International airport. - Can I leave my luggage before the standard check in time and check out time? -> Yes. We will be happy to keep your luggage if you have an early flight on your arrival or a late flight the day you leave. The terrace is connected to our family house on the same floor. In order to provide our guests with full privacy, we have installed an opaque divider screen so both areas are kept separate. Your part of the terrace is around 13m2. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but if you need us to do some laundry for you, simply ask us. Other things to note - Parking in the area can be difficult during high season. It is advisable to check in advance the available options and the restrictions related to the Low Emission Zone (ZBE). - We do not have a designated space to store bicycles, and it is not possible to bring them into the apartment. There is a bicycle parking area on the street next to our building. It is also possible to rent bicycles during the day on our street.
