Located on the ground floor of a 19th century house, it combines old-fashioned charm with modern amenities. The living room has a working fireplace, a furnished veranda that can be opened fully (ideal for children), and a private terrace. (Barbecuing is prohibited, but a plancha is available upon request) Fully equipped kitchen, friendly dining room, bathroom with separate bath and shower, independent toilet, family room on the ground floor (one double bed and one single bed) and bedroom upstairs. A private laundry (washing-machine, dryer, outdoor hanging rack) completes the set. The outdoor space is enclosed and overlooks the park and the zen garden, shared with the Trappeur and Ource gites. A wellness area is available by reservation and as a paid option. For any rental of the 3 cottages by the same guest, access to the wellness area is free 🌿 Self-service check-in and check-out thanks to smart locks.
