We welcome you to a former water mill from the 1600s. It's a good place to stay, quiet and relaxing. The space It is in the center of the Aveyron department amid vineyards in the typical village of Bruéjouls that we welcome you to a newly renovated old watermill. Ideally located close to Rodez, the villages of Conques, Belcastel, Bournazel and 10 minutes from the airport, 45 m from the Millau viaduct, 35 minutes from Lake Ponts de Salars, 45 minutes from Laguiole. Guests can relax during walks in the vineyards or on the marked trails of the Terra Trail. This fully equipped accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people (fully equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, Wi-Fi TV). A pleasant terrace for barbecues as well as parking and private land will be at your disposal. A 140 quick zip bed with quality mattress on the ground floor. A contemporary staircase made on site but steep will lead you to the floor where you will find a large bedroom that opens onto a mezzanine. From this room you will have access to the toilet, shower room and laundry room. All recently renovated. Bed linens and towels are available on request. Departure cleaning is to be done or possible for an extra charge on site.
