Montrose House - a Fabulous 3 Bedroom House

Ennis, a medieval town, is one of the best known traditional Irish music centres in the world. My house is a 3 minute drive or 1 kilometre walk to the town. I can arrange local trips, transportation, restaurant bookings, guide you towards the best music venues, book tickets at a discounted rate to the Aran Islands and arrange car hire with a local car dealer at competitive rates. The space The house consists of a hallway on the ground floor, living/dining room and kitchen. Off the kitchen is a utility with washing machine, dryer and heating system. Off the utility is a bathroom with toilet and wash hand basin. A back door from the utility leads to the back garden. On the first floor is a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room leads on to a balcony. Next door is a single room with wardrobe. There is a bathroom on this floor with shower/bath, wash hand basin and toilet. On the second floor is a very large bedroom with double bed and sofa. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers in this room and there is an ensuite bathroom with wash hand basin, sink and shower. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially pride ourselves on cleanliness, detail and ensuring our guests are settled and informed. We offer Free Wifi and Cable TV Guest access Use of the entire house. Other things to note The house is in a great location to explore counties Clare, Limerick, Galway and Kerry. The house comfortably fits five people. It is situated in a cluster of houses, away from the main road. The area is very safe and the community is lovely and friendly.
