A simple, central, clean and comfortable studio apartment. Perfect for 2 people wishing to be strategically positioned during their visit to Tallinn. Just a 5-minute walk or one bus stop to the Old Town as well as to the Kristiine shopping center. The space The apartment is very central, light and cozy. It has all the commodities but nothing excessive. The kitchen is fully equipped (except an oven). A very comfortable double bed. Bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Fast and reliable wifi is available. The area is safe and all the neighbors are friendly. We will provide you with the information and recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to enjoy, events to attend and local experiences to have. Should you need any assistance in organizing your transportation to/from the apartment, we will be there to help you. The apartment is just a few steps away from the Old Town, different supermarkets, Kristiine shopping center, train station, various parks, bars, cafes, you name it. The building is located between two very nice, young and family friendly areas that most of the tourists miss: Kassisaba (Cat Tale) and Uus Maailm (New World). At the beginning of September the New World area holds a truly fun street festival that is highly recommended to those visiting Tallinn in that period. As mentioned, everything is easily accessible on foot. Despite that, a great variety of buses and trolley buses stop right across the street (one stop to the Old Town, one stop to Kristiine shopping center, direct buses to Tallinn bus station, the Rocca al Mare area, sea, zoo). This enables you to just hop on and easily explore the parts of the city that are out of the traditional tourist itinerary. From you we would expect friendly and respectful attitude. Loud music should not be played after 11pm. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but there is a big garden behind the building for that. Also, we would kindly ask you not to walk in the apartment with your shoes on because the floor is light and of delicate wood. We are looking forward to welcoming you in the cozy Little Nest!
