small flat into the woods
Description
62-square-meter two-room apartment ideal for two people. Ancient village in the woods where there was once a vineyard on the hill. 800 meters above sea level. Ideal for those who practice sports all year round. Parking is about 400 meters from the house. The first and last sections (a few meters) are steep: comfortable shoes and luggage on your shoulders. Part of the rent goes to activities that benefit the local community. We respect the environment: separate collection and anti-waste thermostat. CIR 014067-LNI-00002 National Identification Code (CIN) IT014067C2KN6Z7YH4 The space Perfectly equipped kitchen with a typical local stone plate for roasts; mixer for desserts, terracotta pots for baked dishes. The fireplace is completely safe and must always be used with the door closed. The surrounding green spaces belong to other owners. The following can be placed on the balcony and on the path: the coffee table, the barbecue (be very careful of the sparks!!), the chairs and deck chairs, as long as everything is brought back inside daily. From the windows of the house, it seems to be immersed in the woods. I recommend leaving the shutters open in the bedroom to wake up in nature. Guest access Before arrival, I provide details on how to get to the place and the house. Upon arrival, you will find water, electricity, and gas already in operation, a made bed, and linens for two people. If you arrive in the evening, it may be that some sections are less illuminated, but right next to the last house on the right there is a street light, and when you arrive at the front door there is an external light to turn on on the left (turn off during the night). When it snows a lot, the municipal workers come by. If it freezes at night and they haven't arrived, put the chains on. I am always available for information and requests before arrival and during your stay. Other things to note It's a private home, and I love making my guests feel at home. The aim, together, is to spend peaceful holidays while helping to preserve these places with respect. That's why I invite everyone to: - talk to the locals - shop in small shops (Torre di Santa Maria, Chiesa, Sondrio) - buy wood from the loggers of the neighboring villages - avoid off-piste skiing - Always notify the respective shelters when making long stretches from shelter to shelter - During walks, only walk on well-marked paths - Do not let your four-legged friends enter the stretches of streams with currents and with a lot of water -Be very careful not to unintentionally cause fires (cigarette butts, barbecues) - Drive safely when you return home Registration Details IT014067C2KN6Z7YH4
