This converted coach house dates back to the late 18th Century. It has been tastefully modernised. There are endless walks from Penpont, you can wander into the hills without seeing a soul, enjoying peace and tranquility. The space Downstairs There is a large kitchen/diner downstairs, the 3 large living room/dining rooms are separated by folding French doors but can be opened out to one large communal area. There is a large wet room with a minimal step shower, toilet and wash hand basin downstairs. The driveway accommodates up to 6/7 cars. To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden which is safe for children and dogs. Upstairs This property has 7 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There is also a communal bathroom up stairs and communal shower room downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suites. This means there are 5 bathroom/shower rooms in total. Guest access Please note, you will only have access to rooms as arranged prior to your stay. (This will be based on your party size). Other things to note The price is based upon 7 people. The house has 8 bedrooms and can sleep up to 20 people however there is a price per person after 7 people. We charge £40 per person per night for 8 and subsequent guests including infants and children. You will have exclusive use of the house however there may be some bedrooms closed depending upon the amount of people staying. Registration Details DG01526F
