Perfect for those looking to enjoy peaceful evenings on the lake. We are happy to welcome dogs for a fee with your stay. 1 night Stays upon REQUEST! 2 fish passes included. The space Very clean and spacious place with lots of storage in both bedrooms and throughout the home.There is an additional Full bed in bonus room that is spacious and open. THERE ARE NO DOORS CLOSING OFF THIS ROOM! See pictures. Two new smart TVS, one in living room, one in queen bedroom. Massive new sectional. Plenty of kitchen amenities and a gas grill. Ample toys for children and board games for all. For your pet, there is a dog cage, bowls, dog bed and extra blankets. Enjoy the private space of the deck. Beautiful morning and evening views. You may even catch a view of the local beavers. We also can provide a wheelchair and a walker if REQUESTED. There is a floating fishing dock (Water Trolly) with a trolling motor you can use.. REQUEST ONLY ….ADULT ONLY OPERATING TROLLING MOTOR! We CLOSE the trolling boat down from October 1st-May1st. 2 bikes available for use. *****We are on a dead end, and be aware that there are TWO other houses up from this one. *****Quiet and Private. Two GUESTS fishing passes are provided Free of charge ( 25.00 EACH. PLEASE DONT LOSE THEM.) ANY OTHER PERSONS NOT ON RESERVATION MUST BE APPROVED FOR VISITING, BOATING, AND HANGING OUT. THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE. NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED OTHER THAN THOSE ON THE RESERVATION. KINDLY LET US KNOW OR THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. Guest access You will have the house entirely to yourself. There is a beautiful private deck to enjoy. Guests have access to the shed hosting 2 bikes, nominal fishing supples, fishing poles, strollers, wheel chair, extra table and 6 chairs for outside eating or simply to enjoy on the deck. Other things to note Dog Fee is $115 for one and $75 for the second. The floating dock with trolling motor, John boat, fishing dock is included with your stay. Trolling dock needs requested BEFORE you come, not the day of. Trolling dock opens May 1. 2026 for use. Need MORE than same day notice. There is no swimming in Any of the lakes. Local Beach is very close to swim! Fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and paddle boats are permitted. If you plan on fishing we have a floating dock with a trolling motor on it and 2 John Boats and A Kyak.. Perfect for fishing and cruising around. Please let us know IN ADVANCE if you would like to use it and we will make sure it is there and charged up. Water is WELL Water although we DO have a water softener that keeps laundry white and clean and the water is also fine to drink. There is also a faucet at the kitchen sink just for pets and anyone who loves well water. We have two adult life jackets and 2 small child. We also have a few fishing poles and a small box of tackle. There are 2 bikes in the shed, cooler, and marshmallow sticks as well. 2 guest fishing passes included to fish all the lakes out here. ATTENTION: THE PADDLE BOAT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
