The space Common areas and essential services • The rental refers exclusively to the apartment, and the use of the condominium's common areas is optional and subject to availability. Any interdictions or maintenance in the common areas may occur without prior notice, not generating the right to a refund, discount or cancellation. • Any temporary interruptions of essential services, such as water, electricity, gas or internet, resulting from factors external to the property (utility failures, high demand, maintenance, weather conditions or force majeure), do not characterize a problem with the property and do not entitle you to a refund, rebate or cancellation of the reservation. • The host will monitor the situation and provide support within their reach, keeping the guest informed. Other things to note • As determined by the condominium, it is mandatory to send the personal data of all guests (full name and CPF) in advance, as well as vehicle information (license plate, color and model), if any. • At the entrance, documents will be checked and facial registration of all guests will be carried out, an indispensable procedure for access to the condominium throughout the stay. • Pets are allowed (only 1) upon prior notice and a fee, and the owners are fully responsible for any damages or losses caused. • Bed and bath linens are not provided. If necessary, we can recommend a specialized company to rent these items. • The rooftop pools and heated pool are serviced weekly on Tuesdays and may be temporarily unavailable on that day. • Any maintenance in the condominium's common or leisure areas, carried out by decision of the administration, does not entitle the guest to cancel the reservation or receive a refund, and the lessor is exempt from liability in these cases. • The landlord is not responsible for interruptions in the supply of water, electricity or any fortuitous or force majeure situations that may occur during the rental period
