Only 100 meters from the popular and longest street in Europe, Piotrkowska. The space Bass Suites are located on the 4th floor in a historic tenement house, in the heart of the city. We have a staircase or elevator to the apartments. Upstairs there are 6 comfortably equipped apartments. The rooms have large beds 180 x 200 cm. Guest access Our guests can use the well-equipped apartment rooms. Each apartment has a large flat-screen TV, cable TV, and wireless high-speed internet. Rooms are equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, starter with coffee and tea. We also offer a refrigerator and a safe in the closet, as well as an iron and ironing board. The bathrooms have high quality fittings and shower enclosures. We also provide a hair dryer. Other things to note Rules and General Rules of BRASS SUITES The Directorate of BRASS SUITES will greatly appreciate your cooperation in complying with these rules, which is intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for guests. • BRASS SUITES will provide the Guest with the use of the entire apartment, complete with all the furnishings and appliances (such as TVs, household appliances), and committed to ensuring that the Guest can enjoy a comfortable stay. • The guest undertakes to use the Apartment only for residential purposes – it is forbidden to organize parties in the Apartment. • The guest receives a set of keys, which is required to return to the company's employee on the day of checkout, or leave them in an electronic mailbox, subject to a paid reservation. • Check-in time is 2:00 PM - 11:00 AM the next day. • Quiet hours apply from 10pm to 6am. • Visits to guests not checked in to the apartment may take place until 10pm • It is forbidden to bring any pets into the apartment. • Smoking in the apartment of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is prohibited (Journal of Laws of 1996 No. 10 item 55). For non-compliance with the smoking ban, the fee is PLN 500. These are the costs of removing and neutralizing odors. • In the event that the Guest significantly violates the peace and/or good of neighbors and does not comply with the common norms of coexistence between people, BRASS SUITES reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay in the apartment and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay. • For losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest pays a fee of 200 PLN. • BRASS SUITES undertakes to respond promptly to any comments and concerns about the level of service, the functioning of the devices, and the cleanliness and order of the apartment by taking action to immediately remove faults or deficiencies • The Guest is solely responsible for damage to the walls or equipment of the Apartment during the stay, including but not limited to the cost of repair and/or extra fees, including transportation and staff costs. The Guest is financially responsible for the damages, not the fact that the Guest is not allowed to purchase the damaged items on their own. • If damages are caused to the Apartment, the Guest is required to immediately notify the staff of the BRASS SUITES. In this case, the guest will not be charged for the repair, and the glitch will be resolved as soon as possible. • BRASS SUITES are not liable for any personal belongings left or stolen from the apartment in the event of a burglary. • If you find items that have been left behind in your apartment, they can be sent to the address provided at the discretion of the Guest, upon request.
