BINNOWEE COTTAGE.

Enjoy sleeping peacefully at Binnowee and wake to the sound of birdsong. Our self-contained cottage with a cosy wood fire is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fabulous views of the Great Dividing Range . The space BINNOWEE is a self-contained cottage with undercover parking provided for one vehicle and parking onsite for additional vehicles.The cottage is located close to the main residence at the property whilst allowing guests to enjoy privacy during their stay. Your privacy is of high priority to us as hosts .There are two bedrooms, each with comfortable queen-sized beds. The 'Blue Wren 'room is the main guest room located downstairs in the cottage and the Black Cockatoo room is upstairs. Please note that if 2 guests require separate rooms (rather than sharing the Blue Wren room), an additional cost of $40 per day applies, Please indicate if you require the use of an additional room when making your booking request for 2 guests. Complimentary breakfast provisions are supplied for all guests. Our breakfast supplies offer a selection of items to prepare your breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen. Cereal or porridge, local bacon, free-range eggs, toast and spreads, milk, tea, and coffee offer a variety of breakfast options during your stay. If you wish to share the cottage with family or friends, the 'Black Cockatoo ' room offers accommodation for additional guests at a cost of $40 per guest and is located upstairs. There is a sofa bed available to use upstairs in the cottage and it comfortably sleeps 1 adult. There is an additional bathroom in a separate building close to the cottage. Guests have the cottage to themselves and the grapevine adorned verandahs and shady gardens are relaxing places to take in the mountain scenery. The property is situated near Rudd's Corner, just outside the township of Nobby. The area is rich in history with Rudd's pub at Nobby providing a glimpse into the past along with their great pub meals. We are not far from the New England Highway, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility and birdlife. It is not far to Toowoomba or Warwick with just a 35 min drive to each. Guest access The Blue Wren Room is the main bedroom located downstairs near the bathroom and private living and kitchen/dining areas. The grapevine adorned verandahs and shaded seating areas are perfect for relaxing and be assured that you will enjoy privacy and peaceful surroundings. The Black Cockatoo Room is located upstairs and will offer you the opportunity to share your stay with friends or family at Binnowee Cottage. An additional cost of $40 per guest including complimentary breakfast provisions applies when booking the cottage for more than 2 guests. Please note - the charge of $40 also applies if separate rooms are desired by 2 guests staying in the cottage. Other things to note A complimentary breakfast pack is provided for the first morning of your stay for guests to prepare breakfast in the cottage .Breakfast items include our farm fresh eggs and local bacon. During the cooler months an initial generous supply of firewood is provided on arrival for the wood burner and additional bags of split fireood is available to purchase for $20 a bag.
