Sunrise Oasis on Kloof Street

The apartment is situated on Kloof Street, opposite the entrance to the Mount Nelson Hotel. It is a safe and secure, top floor space, with amazingly tranquil views and gorgeous sunrises. Grab a morning coffee, a hike, a drink or a bite to eat at some of Cape Town's best little spots. The Lifestyle Centre (grocers, book store, a deli & wine shop) is also less than 100m away for convenient shopping. It's a great work from home space. High-speed WiFi & smart TV included. I would love to host you. The space The apartment is light and airy, with beautiful wooden floors throughout. There are slider windows overlooking the quaint and quiet gardens of Villa Maria, with views of Signal Hill and the entire city stretching as far as the harbour. The apartment is positioned at the back of the block so it's on the quieter side. The lounge is super comfortable with a couch and a coffee table, a desk for working at, as well as a few manageable plants to keep you company. The kitchen appliances include an amazing new electric oven with gas hob setup. Great combo. There is also a microwave and a fridge/ freezer combo. There is ample crockery and everything you need, a long with some really nice homely touches. The kitchen is open to the lounge, so you can cook a meal and still converse and share a glass of wine with a guest or partner at the same time. The bedroom is sizable with gorgeous views similar to the lounge. The bed is a queen-sized bed, very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful base and head board. Also a great spot for a morning coffee or tea in bed. There are built-in cupboards with a lot of cupboard space. There is a laundromat close to the apartment and a My-Citi bus stop right outside. There is also on-street parking. Off-street parking can potentially be arranged for longer term stays. Guest access The entire space is yours to use, and we will leave you a set of keys on arrival. Access is via an electronic fob. The block is very safe, but the apartment also has a security gate for added safety when you are out or at night.
