We offer 2 apartments of 55 m², all with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, a living area with kitchen, and a terrace, accessible only via stairs. The space Lugaris Apartments are located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most vibrant and pleasant neighborhoods, known for its local atmosphere, restaurants, cafés, and lively community feel. Just a short walk away, you’ll find Bogatell Beach, the seafront promenade, and all essential services, as well as excellent public transportation connections to easily reach the city center. An ideal choice for those looking to combine city life, the beach, and an authentic local experience. Lugaris Rambla Apartments are located on Rambla del Poblenou, one of the city’s most dynamic areas, surrounded by restaurants, terraces, and local life. The apartments feature contemporary design and functional spaces, designed for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. Natural light enhances the sense of space and creates a pleasant environment after a day in this beautiful city. Our reception, located at Passeig Calvell, 45, just a few meters from the building, is where check-in, and key collection takes place and is always on hand to assist you during your stay. Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees: • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30 • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at check-in. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties and events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid upon arrival during check-in or through online check-in. • Cleaning: Final cleaning is included in the reservation price. • For stays of more than 7 nights, one mid-stay cleaning service is included. • Additional cleaning services can be requested during your stay (approx. €20–€40 per service). • Reservations of 3 apartments or more may be subject to different policies and additional charges. • Airport access: Approximately 35 minutes by taxi or transfer. The property is also well connected by public transportation (metro and bus).
