This two bedroom, two-bathroom, house with private decked garden sits along the Historic Greenland Quay Docks, next to the River Thames. The house, professionally cleaned is stylish and suitable for families and friends and is the perfect base for sightseeing in Central London, Canary Wharf, the O2 Arena and Greenwich. The immediate area has good selections of restaurants, a shopping centre and full range of public transport: Underground (Tube), Bus, Overland Train and River Boat (5-10min) The space Check in Time; 15:00 - Late (We will be there to meet all arriving guests) Check Out time; 11:00 We will always do our best to accommodate early arrival / late departure but where we can’t we can offer you a place to store your luggage. Please let us know in advance if this service is required. Extra care at no extra cost: To ensure our guests have a truly comfortable stay, for any guests staying for 6 nights or more we will supply fresh clean towels midway through your stay as well as a light clean. This will ensure the house look and feel as fresh as when you first arrive. The House: The house is part of the private estates in Greenland Quays and has a side (water) view of the docks. The ground floor has a tastefully decorated modern white Kitchen with Diner, a marble dining table, cream dining chairs, silver bar table, bar stools - all for you and your guest to enjoy meals and drinks together. This looks out to a decked garden. Double doors lead to the living room with high ceiling, comfy new leather sofa, chandelier, wall lights and a 43 inch smart TV - a perfect spot to unwind and watch a movie after a hard day sight seeing. The sofa folds out into a double bed. The double doors when fully open gives the feeling of open plan living but has the added bonus of privacy if this room is used as a 3rd bedroom. The first floor has one double bedroom with built in wardrobe space, double bed and black out blinds. Next door is a modern bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Second floor is the master loft room with a King size bed, blackout blinds, en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space. All beds have memory foam mattresses and premium quality white bedding. Hotel Amenities For each guest that stays here we will supply white bath, face and hair towels. We will also provide new sets of toiletries, including soap, bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion as well as a welcome basket of goodies for those feeling peckish and a bottle of wine to unwind. Guest access Guests can use the entire house.
