Villa Ema is only 200 meters far from the sea and just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Rovinj. It is surrounded by a pine wood through which you can reach the pebble and stony beach stretching for kilometers. The Villa is a detached residential house with a large courtyard (800 m2) at your disposal only. Villa Ema is a perfect place for a carefree holiday and for those who enjoy long walks and bathing in blue and clear sea. The space The Nº 1 apartment is situated on a ground floor of our house in friendly and quiet neighborhood in beautiful part of Rovinj – Valsavie. This newly decorated apartment has an area of 55 m² . It is perfect to accommodate up to 2 persons, it's very comfortable, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The apartment interior consists of living room with fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with king size bed (for 2 persons), Satellite TV, air condition, bathroom and 2 balconies, one of 20 m² surface where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Guest access Check-in: 14:00 - 22:00 Check-out: 06:00 - 10:00 The price includes taxes, wi-fi, air condition, tv-sat, parking, bed linen, towels. Free private parking for cars and bikes is available on site (reservation is not needed). We give a big importance to the hygiene so that our apartments are always at their best. Every guest will have clean sheets/blankets/pillows and fresh towels.
