You will be at one walking block away from The Puerta de Sol, and you also have the most important street of Madrid just in the corner Gran Via. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator available) and it has a spacious bedroom and a living room. The apartment is in a perfect location – in middle of the city Centre of Madrid. You will be at one walking block away from The Puerta de Sol (this is the Centre of the radial network of Spanish roads), and you also have the most important street of Madrid just in the corner Gran Via. The space is designed for one or two people, but can easily accommodate a THIRD person in the sofa bed of the living room. ROOMS: corridor bathroom living room & dining area bedroom kitchen There is a high-speed internet connection (wifi) and plenty of TV channels..Netflix, etc. IT’S A NO SMOKING APARTMENT Guest access The apartment is fully equipped and would like you to treat like a home: - Washing machine - Shampoo & Conditioner - Toilet Paper and Paper Towel - Washer - Clean towels (Each guest will receive 1 set of bath and hand towel. If a guest is staying longer than 5 nights, he/she will be provided with a new towel set every 6th night) The apartment has a fully-fitted kitchen (oven, fridge, washer, utensils, etc.) Feel free to help yourself with what's available in the kitchen. Some items may vary from time to time. If you replenish what you consume, it is appreciated but if you don't, it is fine. CLEANLINESS: Please keep the apartment clean, however a house maid and cleaning can be organized upon request.
