On the first floor of the villa, the apartment enjoys its own private terrace where you can relax in the sun and be lulled by the wind in the pines. The Villa, three kilometers from the beach, stands in a delightful surrounding dominated by pine and olive trees which protect the house from the outside world. Built at the beginning of the 20th century it has been recently restored and now joins together the traditional looks with the modern comforts. The house is composed of four apartments, which take their name from Mediterranean plants such as Lentisco, Mirto, Leccio and Ginepro. Guest access A 2500 sqm garden with lawn is available to the apartments. Two open barns furnished with tables and chairs are the perfect place to enjoy a meal brought from the apartments or prepared on the grill, or where you can just rest or read a book. The seasonal fruits and vegetables are grown for you in the vegetable garden and can be the ideal extra for your food. Beautiful excursions through the countryside can be made on foot or with the bicycles available free of charge on the farm. Games such as table tennis, slide and swing are available for the children. Separated from the rest of the garden is a 6 x 18 meter pool, plus a small pool for children. Bamboo plants line the pools, under which you can relax on comfortable sun loungers.
